Cavallo Point wedding; Amanda and John
We were so excited when Amanda and John contacted us and said they wanted to get married at Cavallo Point in Sausalito. We knew that our natural aesthetic would fit perfect there so we brought in floral designer Lauren from Branch Floral Design. She loves succulents as much as we do so we had her create a succulent wreath for the church door and incorporate them in the bouquet and centerpieces.
We chose a chocolate brown heavy linen with a plum linen runner to keep the reception room warm and cozy. For the ceremony we wanted to keep it clean and simple so wooden benches kept it fun and whimsical and the oversized white pillows allowed for people to be cozy during the ceremony.
The original plan was to serve hot cider and hot chocolate prior to the ceremony since it was January and its often cold but we had amazing weather so we switched to lemonade and sparkling water.
In lui of a guest book Amanda and John framed photos of their family on display for all their guests to view throughout the reception.
Amanda and John brought their weimerweiners from Brooklyn and we had to get a shot with them.
The moss covered dessert table was quite the hit as well as the wooden menu cards that were screen printed with the couples logo!
Thanks Michael O'Neal for all the beautiful photos!
Check back next week for the rehearsal dinner photos!

Originally I said I could never get married at a property that I helped build and open... but their wedding and your photos are so AMAZING! I am just flabergasted... something I don't say often for obvious reasons. Whatever the case, it is so beautiful and really well done. Cute pups too!
Cheers, and thanks!
