Casual Elegance at Calistoga Ranch

Ali & Elliot were married in September at Calistoga Ranch, one of our all time favorite venues.



Originally the couple decided to get married on the dam overlooking the small lake on property. But mother nature had other plans for them. The sky opened up that morning and we had to move to our plan B. We moved the ceremony indoors to part of the restaurant and the reception was held in the wine cave. It ended up being wonderfully cozy and inviting. Ali and Elliot celebrated Ali's heritage with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony and used tea elements as part of the decor. Nicole Sillapere did a fabulous job designing the event. Photographer Mel Barlow perfectly captured the intimate atmosphere.
